All About Island

Hello. Today I'll write about "All About Islands", a level 5 book in Oxford Read and Discover series.

An island can be very small, or it can be big, with mountains, lakes, roads, and cities. Some islands are hot, but others are covered with ice. Some islands have animals and plants that don't live anywhere else. Only about 10% of people live on islands. 

Needless to say, Japan is also island surrounded by the sea. That is we are inhabitants of the island.

Read this book, I was interested in Tropical Islands.

Don't you think it is beautiful? I want to go there. Especially, Coral Islands are attractive. Coral looks like a colorful plant, but it's a very small animal. Also there are many kinds of coral reef animals. For example, starfish, box jellyfish, clown fish and so on.
